"Where do I even begin? Tonya Baker-Turner and her team at State Farm were an absolute lifesaver when I decided to switch insurance companies. I was in the middle of transitioning my coverage and was adamant about not going a single day without insurance—especially living in Florida, where uninsured motorists are unfortunately all too common. "We wanted to increase the insurance amount on our house. A review was carried out, resulting in this increase. Although we received a quote and a certificate for the new policy, I'm concerned that we still don't have the policy itself. This has been over a month. It's worth noting that Yeniel has treated me very well. I don't understand why the policy took so long to print with the increase, and this worries me greatly."
